Straighten the most delicate, highly polished materials in production lines for parts such as lead frames and terminals, cell phones, computers, CD's and other electronic parts. All twenty two rollers are hardened, ground and chrome-plated. They are gear driven and backed up to prevent roll deflection.

The hand lever opens the upper head assembly for inspection and cleaning and the entire lower roll assembly can be removed for cleaning.
