Load Monitoring - The AutoSet® 1500

The AutoSet® 1500 series of load monitors brings to you advanced technology in a very simple to use package.
The monitor will:
Calculate set points automatically
Calculate set points based on actual load not press capacity.
The Plus models protect dies by detecting excessive stroke-to-stroke change in load.
The Plus models also allow you to view reverse “snap through” load. If it is too high it can damage the press.
Improve set-ups by providing tonnage information to eliminate errors in shut height adjustments.
Display actual tonnage and set points for both sides of press via four large digital indicators.
Provide output for your chart recorder to monitor tool wear and press conditions with load signature.
4-channel operation provided by AutoSet® 1504 models.
Optional communication link with computerised press room reporting.
