Both of the feed axis and lift axis are driven by AC servomotors. The feed speed could be set up to 200M/min max, with excellent stability and accuracy. The feed pitch can be tailor-made according to the centre distance of two presses or die stages.

If it is necessary due to floor space of the workshop or a different stamping direction is required, the layout of the press line could be turned in 90° direction to form an “L” type arrangement.

The machine eliminates a feed bar making the changing of dies much easier, is available for multi-press line with long feed pitch ranging from 800mm to 1500mm and the number of in-line presses is unlimited according to the customer’s needs.
