TLF 4-800

This Tomac Servo straightener/feeder, model TLF 4-800, will process material 8mm thick and up to 800mm wide. This customer had a specific requirement: the machine needed to move left and right by 800mm to cater for the different tooling positions within the press.

PSA, in conjunction with Tomac design engineers, delivered a customised press, fully satisfying the customers specification.

In the foregound you can see the coil car loaded with a new coil ready to be loaded onto the uncoiler when the current coil runs out, no more waiting around for forklift trucks for this customer!
