A Warning To Our Valued CustomersPrinter friendly viewIt has come to our attention that another supplier in our industry is copying material from our quotations. In particular, information of the OH&S requirements (Category 4 Safety Standards) applicable to machinery suppliers such as PSA. In addition, this supplier is also reproducing Press Shop Automation’s terms and conditions. To do so is illegal and infringes copyright. We want to warn customers of this plagiarism. The fact the company responsible needs to copy our material may mean it does not know or understand the information. If so, it may well cause its customers to be exposed to an unnecessary high commercial risk, not to mention the high risk of equipment that does not conform to the latest regulations for safe guarding, and could result in serious injury or death. Press Shop Automation has gone to extraordinary lengths over the last 3 years to educate itself about its responsibilities to its customers in relation to the safe guarding of all the equipment that it sells. Press Shop Automation can conclusively demonstrate, with supporting documentation, that it is able to discharge its parallel responsibility with its customers to sell equipment that conforms to the latest regulations for safe guarding and electrical and electronic safety systems. Please do not hesitate to contact your local PSA office if you require further clarification on this matter or any other questions relating to safety in the metal stamping industry. |
