GL2-160 Double crank link drive press

An installation of a Chin Fong GL2-160 double crank “C” frame link drive press, uncoiling, straightening, feeding and full SmartPac monitoring system.

This customer wanted to take the advantage of the slower forming motion of the link drive action to manufacture their parts. A full press and feed line was installed and commissioned by PSA to the total satisfaction of the client.

A service contract was set up with the client to maintain and support the equipment, a prerequisite of the contract.
