Warranty

A 24/7 warranty is unheard of in the metal stamping industry but due to the high level of reliability built into all our metal stamping products, we offer a full 24/7 service and warranty with all products in our range.

This protection is provided as standard with all new equipment. There are no “extended warranty” charges or fees.

Note, this warranty only applies to equipment sold and operated in Australia or New Zealand and to the original purchaser of the equipment.


Service

Field service and technical support to the metal stamping industry are a top priority at Press Shop Automation.

We feel that technical service and support is critical to our customers' success. When you call with a service or technical question, our goal is to have an answer to you in 1 hour or less. Our technical support group has access to complete records on your equipment including a parts history.

If field service is required it is our goal to have a Service Engineer on site in your plant within 24 hours. Press Shop Automation, service personnel are highly trained in all aspects of every piece of equipment that we sell.
